CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a small exclusive establishment who pride ourselves on our staff and service, to maintain this service we do require commitment from our customers. This includes paying in full before treatments and Exclusive Spa Sessions. We understand that there can on occasions be the requirement to cancel, if possible we will always endeavour to re book (one time) your appointment, however as a courtesy to our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms.

Full payment is required before all Exclusive Spa Sessions:

 

  • Full payment must be made before your scheduled appointment. 

  • A 50% refund will be given if notice is given prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • A one time reschedule is available if it is at least 7 days before your booking date.  If you then choose to cancel the booking only a 50% refund will be offered and then only if cancelled more than 7 days before the booking. 

  • If cancellation notice takes place inside 48 hours no refund will be given.

  • We value all our customers and their time so it is very important Exclusive Spa sessions must start and finish on time, if you are late then your session will be shortened or cancelled (if you are really late) and full payment will still be charged.

  • In the event you do not attend a scheduled Spa Session, full payment will still be charged.

  • Full payment must be made before your scheduled appointment. 

  • A 50% refund will be given if notice is given prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • A one time re-booking (payment in full required) may also be offered, however please note this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.  If you then choose to cancel the booking only a 50% refund will be offered and then only if cancelled more than 7 days before the booking. 

  • If cancellation notice takes place inside 24 hours no refund will be given.

  • Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will unfortunately result in a reduced treatment time and full payment will still be charged.

  • In the event you do not attend a scheduled treatment, full payment will still be charged
