CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a small exclusive establishment who pride ourselves on our staff and service, to maintain this service we do require commitment from our customers. This includes paying non refundable deposits for all treatments and Private Spa Sessions. We understand that there can on occasions be the requirement to cancel, if possible we will always endeavour to re book your appointment, however as a courtesy to our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms.

Full payment is required before all Private Spa Sessions:

 

  • A non refundable 20% deposit must be made at the time of the booking  and full payment must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment. 

  • A 50% refund will be given if notice is given prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • Re-booking may also be offered up to 8 weeks following original date, however please note this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • If cancellation notice takes place inside 48 hours no refund will be given.

  • We value all our customers and their time so it is very important Private Spa sessions must start and finish on time, if you are late then your session will be shortened or cancelled (if you are really late) and full payment will still be charged.

  • In the event you do not attend a scheduled Spa Session, full payment will still be charged

  • Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will unfortunately result in a reduced treatment time and full payment will still be charged.

  • In the event you do not attend a scheduled treatment, full payment will still be charged

We reserve the right to amend or cancel any appointment.
