Hi, my name is Suzanne Bertenshaw. I am an intuitive energy worker, holistic therapist, Reiki master and spiritual teacher with 30 years experience. I am also the creator of Wild Living natural skin care and owner of the Coach House Healing Centre based in Marsden, Huddersfield.
My life's purpose is to help others to reconnect with their true selves, to find their joy and passions and to let go of old programs and limiting beliefs.
You will find me at the centre doing one to one healing sessions with clients, or chilling in our vegan Wild Café.
My passions are; yoga, spirituality, nutrition, aromatherapy, dancing, plants, natural skincare, thrifting and all things related to health and wellbeing.
I created this blog to shine a little light on my passions, and share my lifestyle with you. I hope that I can uplift and inspire you to find your own passions and live a more joyful and fulfilling life.
